About the event
In this hands-on, interactive class, you will learn step by step how to create classic Thai dish, Pad Thai with chicken. From properly preparing the rice noodles to stir-frying up the fresh ingredients, you will learn the secrets of making the perfect Pad Thai. No Thai meal is complete without a serving of spring rolls! You will learn to use proper knife skills to prepare the fillings, stuff, then roll the wonton wrappers before cooking them to crispy perfection. Accompanying this appetizing dish is equally addictive home-made peanut sauce, adding sweet, savory, and nutty flavors to your meal. Once you have finished making you dishes, we will dine together and say cheers to celebrate the fruits of our labor! No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
