Culinary Brigade Private Chef was born when chef Rodolfo brought former co-workers, friends and the best foodservice professionals in the business together. In doing so, we combined our extensive experience, our unparalleled attention to detail and our undeniable love for food. Ultimately creating a company with skill, expertise, integrity and strong ethical practices in every aspect of the business.
We began providing our services to discerning clients from all over the world visiting the valley of the sun and received a great response. Eventually we were asked to provide our services to clients in San Diego, La Jolla, Los Angeles, Malibu, Burbank and Las Vegas.
Our services were a success and clients asked for cooking classes and meals to be prepped on a weekly basis which leads us to what we do now... provide the best tasting food, using the best ingredients and handling your food with the proper care and the outmost respect.
