Gloria is your link between your vision for you event and our chefs executing amazing food and service. Gloria works out all the details and coordinates with the chefs from schedule to special requests, they all go thru her desk in order to get your service just right.
Gloria has been involved in the foodservice industry since her first serving job as a teen. She moved on to assistant restaurant manager and eventually F&B director at the Wyndham PHX. She has been part of Culinary Brigade since it's beginnings in 2018.
Executive Production Chef
Cesar brings over 25 years of foodservice experience to the team. Chef Cesar has honed his skills in professional kitchens with high production numbers. His skills have seen him be part of culinary teams in renowned establishments such as the Scottsdale Plaza, Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak, The Scottsdale Radisson Resort, The PHX Renaissance Downtown amongst others.
Chef Cesar is a SCC Culinary Arts graduate. He has called Phoenix home for more than 25 years. He currently resides in Scottsdale with his son and wife.
Executive Chef & Owner
Chef Rodolfo oversees the day to day operations at Culinary Brigade, this includes menu design and recipe development. He executes cooking classes, meal prep and private chef services.
Chef Rodolfo has been in kitchens since he was a kid. His parents owned a restaurant and worked in the foodservice industry for decades, before he himself got his first job in the kitchen starting at the bottom in the dish pit. Rodolfo graduated from culinary school in 2004 and began his climb up the culinary ladder working in just about every type of foodservice setting except a hospital.
